What is most useful to send

If a weight range or an allowance does not match what you were actually quoted or billed, tell us the number, the material, and ideally who quoted it. Every figure on this site is national and typical, and the fastest way to make it better is real invoices from real jobs.

Anything that reads as confidently wrong. The whole premise of this site is being right about a number you get billed against. If it told you something that turned out badly, we would genuinely rather know.

If you rent dumpsters for a living

We are interested in talking to haulers and rental operators, particularly about how weight allowances and overage rates actually vary by region — the part no published source gets right. Same address.

What we cannot help with

We do not rent dumpsters, take bookings, or arrange collections, and we are not affiliated with any hauler. If you need a container, you want a local rental company. If you have a problem with a rental already in your driveway, the company that delivered it is the only one who can help.
